Wat je gaat doen

As a Junior Operator, you will support the production process and gradually develop your technical skills: - Operate and monitor production and packaging lines.

• Perform quality checks on cheese products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Set up, adjust, and change machine settings.
• Identify deviations in the process and act accordingly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ontwikkel jezelf als grafisch operator: leer werken met hightech drukpersen en geef kleur en vorm aan etiketten en shrink sleeves!

Als leerling grafisch operator start je een unieke opleiding op de werkvloer. Onder begeleiding van de voorman leer je alles over het werken aan hightech drukpersen en het digitaal nabewerken van producten. Stapsgewijs ontdek je het grafische vak en ontwikkel je vaardigheden als digitaal drukker of nabewerker. Of je nu kleur aanbrengt op etiketten of het eindproduct afwerkt door te stansen, jij draagt bij aan vakwerk dat klanten raakt.

Je werkt flexibel in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je gemiddeld 34 uur per week werkt en betaald krijgt voor 36 uur. Je begint de week nachtdienst op maandagavond en hebt een lang weekend.
