Wat jij doet
Als projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van technische projecten van begin tot eind, waarbij je stuurt op planning, budget, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Je werkt nauw samen met de COO en CTO en rapporteert aan de Manager jouw technische expertise en leiderschap zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering, een veilige werkomgeving en continue verbetering. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende projecten en belangen, en neemt beslissingen die direct invloed hebben op klantrelaties, resultaten en het imago van de organisatie. Over de vacature

As a business development manager for Nike EMEA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a premium and distinct marketplace across the region. Based at the Nike European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, this full-time position puts you at the center of protecting the brand's ecosystem. You will drive strong governance around Nike’s selective distribution policy, manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure our marketplace remains competitive and aligned with evolving consumer trends.

what will you do
Every day is a new opportunity to shape the future of the Nike brand and protect its legacy. In this dynamic role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Marketplace Integrity and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to keep our marketplace strategies sharp and effective. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Policy leadership: Lead the maintenance and adherence of Nike's selective distribution policy to reinforce a distinct, premium multi-brand marketplace across EMEA.
• Strategic business development: Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks, strategic priorities and evolving consumer trends.
• Partner assessments: Plan and supervise the execution of partner assessments across Nike’s wholesale portfolio by external consultants.
• Marketplace Integrity: Support the overall strategy and initiatives involving both the selective distribution policy and grey market management.
• Collaborative networking: Work closely and build strong relationships with sales, business development, grey market management, legal teams and external vendors.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
