For Lidl’s distribution center in Almere, we are looking for an order picker who is willing to work in a chilled environment of -24°C.

You are a determined go-getter who likes to stay hands-on. Working in a cold environment doesn’t bother you, and you enjoy keeping active throughout the day. You are reliable, available for a full-time position, and have your own transportation to get to Almere. Additionally, you communicate well in Dutch or English and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
As a deep-freeze order picker, you ensure frozen products are ready for shipment to the stores. You pick the right products using a voice-pick system. Then you stack them neatly on pallets. You work in a freezer environment at -24°C, but we provide warm clothing. You pay close attention to quality and safety. Thanks to your work, customers receive fresh, well-cooled products every day.
