• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an operator
• Basic technical or mechanical knowledge (VAPRO is a plus)
• Willing to work in a 5-shift system (6 days of work, 4 days weekend)

As an Operator at Lamb Weston, you’ll be working on one of our four modern production lines, where you play a key role in transforming fresh potatoes into high-quality frozen fries.

• Operate and adjust modern production lines, transforming potatoes into high-quality fries.
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure top product quality from start to finish.
• Work closely with a buddy system, supporting your growth and full ownership of the process.
• Be responsible for machine setup, daily line adjustments, and quality checks at every stage.
