what we offerTo keep logistics running, it is important that you, as a co-driver, meet the following requirements:
You'll arrive at the location and check in at the logistics area near the warehouse. You'll be given the route together with your driver and will start organizing the truck logically. Then you'll depart, deciding on your own route to ensure you arrive at the right location within the correct time slots. You can play music in the truck, etc. You'll always be back in the afternoon, depending on the route.
Bidfood delivers groceries to all locations where you can eat out, such as sports canteens, restaurants, hospitals, and more. This means you're working with products that have a specific shelf life. That's why you work with three temperature ranges. For example, many beach clubs in the Westland and The Hague regions in the Schiedam area are supplied by Bidfood!

We offer a unique Work-Study Program (known in Dutch as BBL) where you earn a salary from day one, gain practical experience, and are simultaneously trained completely to become a professional truck driver at Bidfood! All you need is a valid Dutch Category B driving license.
To start working as a co-driver while training to become a professional driver, and to grow within the field, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
As a co-driver (aspiring truck driver), you will visit top-tier restaurants daily with the truck driver, and during the week, you will also deliver to places like the local football canteen. Together with the driver, you will operate a Bidfood truck on fixed routes throughout your region. During your time as a co-driver, you will always work in collaboration with an experienced driver.
While gaining experience as a co-driver, you will also be working on your personal development. Alongside your work, you will be given all the time and opportunity to complete the truck driver training program via Randstad, where you will receive excellent guidance.
