As a skilled Production Engineer with a experienced background in ISO standards, Lean/six sigma principles, FMEA, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving methodology, you thrive in innovative, collaborative, and cross-functional environments. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency, flexibility, output, and quality of Super Micro’s production quality and capabilities.

As a Production Engineer in SuperMicro's Production Department, you will take on a hands-on role with a deep understanding of the production process and products on the line. You will troubleshoot issues, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to optimize our production capabilities. Along the manufacturing responsibilities, you will communicate to other stakeholders within the management team timely and concise improvements resulting in cost reduction, and output efficiency.

In this role, you'll be the technical point of contact for our enterprise customers, providing expert support and promoting our internal switch products to optimize their network infrastructure. Your main task is to provide technical services and work directly with customers to resolve technical issues with server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals.
