What will you do

As a production employee at Europastry you work at the beginning of the cookie line. You are responsible for collecting and preparing all resources. Think of flour, butter and sugar! The work is physically challenging. For example, you are busy lifting bags of ingredients and large baking trays on a daily basis. So, overall a lot of things to do!

Wat ga je doen

Als medewerker uitvoering Wmo, Jeugdwet en Leerlingenvervoer zorg jij dat iedere Amsterdammer de juiste ondersteuning krijgt. Je werkt binnen wettelijke kaders, maar hebt ook oog voor de menselijke maat. Je beoordeelt aanvragen, berekent voorzieningen en onderhoudt contact met collega’s, leveranciers en inwoners.

  • Het beoordelen van aanvragen en controleren of inwoners recht hebben op een voorziening.
  • Het verwerken van opdrachten, berekenen van tegemoetkomingen en het uitvoeren van betaalopdrachten.
  • Het controleren van bestedingen, onderzoeken van dossiers en beantwoorden van complexe vragen van inwoners.
  • Het verbeteren van processen en werkinstructies, zodat de dienstverlening steeds beter en efficiënter wordt.
Waar ga je werken

Je gaat aan de slag binnen de afdeling Services & Data van de directie Onderwijs, Jeugd, Zorg en Diversiteit (OJZD) van de Gemeente Amsterdam. Deze afdeling bundelt kennis en expertise op het gebied van datasturing, klantcontact, uitvoeringsprocessen en contractondersteuning.

Je werkt in één van de twee teams Services, die elk uit ongeveer 35 collega’s bestaan. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de uitvoering van de Wmo, Jeugdwet en het Leerlingenvervoer soepel verloopt. De sfeer in het team is collegiaal en ondersteunend, er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte voor humor en persoonlijke groei.
