Als digitale toetsondersteuner zorg je ervoor dat studenten van de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en de Universiteit van Amsterdam zonder problemen hun digitale tentamens kunnen maken. Je start de toetsen op in de applicatie en biedt directe ondersteuning bij ICT-problemen tijdens de afname. Of het nu gaat om inlogproblemen of een defecte laptop; jij lost het zo goed mogelijk op, zodat de student geen hinder ondervindt en zich volledig op het tentamen kan concentreren.
wat bieden wij jouJe bent digitaal vaardig en kunt kalm blijven op momenten dat een student jouw hulp hard nodig heeft. Je behoudt het overzicht tijdens de start van het tentamen, maar hebt tegelijkertijd oog voor detail om snel de kern van een probleem te achterhalen. Verder ben je behulpzaam, maar hanteer je tegelijkertijd de geldende protocollen. Je schakelt makkelijk met zowel je collega’s als de studenten en weet instructies helder over te brengen.
wat ga je doenAls digitale toetsondersteuner werk je op verschillende locaties in Amsterdam. Samen met je collega’s zorg je er tijdens tentamenweken voor dat alle digitale toetsen vlekkeloos verlopen. Om dit goed te kunnen doen, krijg je eerst een trainingsprogramma waarin je alles leert over de toetsapplicatie (Ans). Daarna word je door ervaren collega’s ingewerkt, totdat je volledig zelfstandig een toets kunt begeleiden.
Tijdens een toetsafname ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces. Je start met het klaarzetten van de toets en geeft aangemelde studenten toegang zodat zij kunnen inloggen. Tijdens het examen los je uiteenlopende problemen op: van individuele inlogfouten en defecte laptops tot grotere storingen die de hele zaal raken. Na afloop zorg je dat de toets correct wordt afgesloten en alle laptops netjes worden opgeborgen, zodat ze de volgende dag weer opgeladen klaarstaan.
Wij zoeken collega’s die zich minimaal voor één jaar willen binden. Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar tijdens de piekweken:
- Week 13: 23 - 27 maart
- Week 22: 25 - 29 mei
- Week 43: 19 - 23 oktober
- Week 51: 14 - 18 december
Je werktijden liggen tussen 07:30 en 23:00 uur. Een gemiddelde dienst duurt tussen de 4 en 8 uur en je ontvangt je rooster ongeveer 3 tot 4 weken van tevoren.
Heb je nog geen ervaring met toetssoftware? Geen probleem. Je krijgt een training gevolgd door een aantal inwerkdiensten. Zo ben je volledig voorbereid om daarna zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.
Je gaat werken voor de Universiteit van Amsterdam en de Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Dit doe je op verschillende locaties, van Amsterdam Zuidoost en West, maar ook het centrum. We verwachten dat je flexibel inzetbaar bent op al deze locaties in en rondom Amsterdam.
Je gaat aan de slag in een team van zo’n 40 collega’s die net als jij de toetsen ondersteunen. Verder word je begeleid door floormanagers vanuit de UvA en de HvA en kan je natuurlijk altijd bij Randstad terecht. Een aantal keer per jaar organiseren we vrijblijvende bijeenkomsten of borrels, zodat er ook tijd is om je collega’s beter te leren kennen!

Wij bieden opleidingen aan voor een officieel diploma tot monteur. Dit kan in diverse richtingen en sectoren. Denk aan de elektro, installatietechniek, autotechniek of landbouwmechanisatie. Zo is er altijd een plek die perfect bij je past!

De wereld van een monteur is heel breed. Je kan bouwen aan slimme systemen, robots of complexe installaties. Dit kan in diverse richtingen en sectoren. Denk aan de elektro, installatietechniek, autotechniek of landbouwmechanisatie. Er is altijd een plek die perfect bij je past!
Motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn belangrijk. Ook is er volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. Als echte aanpakker heb je de wil om écht te leren. Technische ervaring is nodig, bijvoorbeeld vanuit een eerdere baan of een hobby waarin je veel sleutelt.
Het bbl-traject duurt in totaal 60 weken. Je begint met twee weken fulltime school voor de belangrijkste basiskennis. Je salaris wordt tijdens deze periode gewoon doorbetaald. Daarna start je bij een technisch bedrijf dat bij jou aansluit. Hier ga je aan de slag voor een mbo-opleiding op niveau 2 of 3.
Deze fulltime baan combineer je met 10 tot 15 uur zelfstudie per week. Je sluit het traject af met een examen en een praktijkopdracht.
Dankzij ons brede netwerk in Noord-Nederland vind je altijd een bedrijf dat bij je past. Je kunt aan de slag in de machinebouw, de auto-industrie of de landbouwmechanisatie.
