Je werkt met een team als Customer service representative. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de klanten de best mogelijke service krijgen. Je zult voornamelijk bezig zijn met het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van problemen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Tevens biedt je ondersteuning aan de business manager, om tot een goed resultaat te komen.

Je bent het visitekaartje van het bedrijf bij de winkels!

Jouw takenpakket:

• Je vervoert levensmiddelen op rolcontainers naar de verschillende filialen.
• Op locatie los je de goederen netjes via de laadklep.
• Je neemt het retourfust weer mee terug naar het DC.

Your responsibilities include:

• Transporting groceries/foodstuffs on roll containers to various store branches.
• Neatly unloading the goods on-site using the tail lift.
• Bringing returnable packaging and empties back to the distribution center.
