Description

As a TIG welder, you will be involved in the production of storage boxes for trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers. Your main duties include:

• Reading measurements from technical drawings
• Preparing materials for welding
• Welding mostly aluminum sheets with a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 mm
• Assembling and constructing components

You will work together with a team of 30 colleagues. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime is rarely required.

About the client

This company specializes in making storage boxes for, among others, trucks. Both standard and custom-made storage boxes are produced. Most of the market is in the Netherlands. The company is continuously developing, and you will work in a pleasant environment with direct colleagues.

Requirements

• MBO working and thinking level
• Ability to read (3D) technical drawings
• Demonstrable experience as a TIG welder, preferably with thin sheets (1.0 to 1.5 mm)
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• You speak Dutch or English
• You have a TIG welding certificate
• You work accurately and independently, but also enjoy working in a team
• Willingness to commit to the company for a long term

• Salary between €3,050 and €3,900 gross per month, depending on your experience, expertise, and welding certificates
