what will you do
Managing and motivating the warehouse team is key. Working together with the team, the picking and shipping of books runs smoothly. The summer season is particularly busy. That dedication is essential for a streamlined process. 📚

On-the-job coaching is part of the daily routine. There is a sharp focus on the set goals. When things get busy, the ability to adapt quickly is essential. Improving processes is also part of the job. In addition, accurate record-keeping is important. A positive work atmosphere is a priority here.

where will you work
At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.

There’s a large terrace where you can relax in the sun during breaks. There’s also a cafeteria with delicious sandwiches. Transportation? Taken care of! A free bus runs to and from Kampen. And the best part is that you’ll get to meet lots of new people!
