We are looking for a Quality Technical Support (QTS)

• A starting salary of € 3,708 gross per month

You are eager to master the trade and bring a high level of enthusiasm to the team. You work accurately, manage deadlines effectively, and always think in solutions. Additionally, you have:

• An mbo-4 or hbo degree (preferably in Food Science, Laboratory, or Technology) or equivalent experience in the FOOD industry.
• Fluent English skills (Dutch is a strong plus).
• A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• A valid driver’s license (B) to enable travel to our locations in Bergen op Zoom or Breda when needed.

As a Quality Technical Support (QTS) officer, you are the guardian of our product information. Your precision ensures that every package leaves our facility with the correct labeling. Your role is remarkably versatile:

• Specification Management: You create, approve, and verify product specifications (think nutritional values, shelf-life studies, and cooking instructions).
• Customer Interaction: You work closely with international customers, managing their technical web-based systems and handling quality requests.
• Projects & Audits: You contribute your expertise to various project teams and assist during customer audits and site visits.
• Hands-on Tasks: You’re not afraid to get practical; you collect, prepare, and ship product samples for testing and evaluation.

Lamb Weston EMEA is world-renowned for its delicious fries and potato specialties (have you tried their Twisters?). From the headquarters and plants in Kruiningen, they work with passion on quality and innovation. The location is easily accessible by car (free parking) and public transport.
