Wat je gaat doen

As a Production Worker in our cheese factory, you help keep production running smoothly and safely.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing and positioning 15 kg cheese blocks for processing
• Operating modern production equipment
• Removing the outer cheese crust using specialized machinery
• Transporting products to the next production stage with an EPT
• Keeping your workplace clean and safe
• Working together with your colleagues to achieve daily production targets

You will work in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

From Monday to Friday, so your weekends remain free.

• 18.16 gross per hour
• Evening allowance: 130%
• Night allowance: 140%
• Performance bonus up to €2.00 per hour
• Full-time job with stable working hours
• 8% holiday allowance
• 20 vacation days plus 4 additional flex days
• Travel allowance from 10 km

Functie-eisen We are seeking a physically fit and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment.

• You are physically fit and able to lift 15 kg regularly

• You are available full-time in a 3-shift schedule

• You have your own transportation and accommodation

• Experience with EPT is a plus, but not required

• You speak Dutch or English

• You enjoy practical work and working in a team
