This is a physical job (think beer kegs!) where you'll work in various temperatures (dry, cold, and freezer ❄️). But you get a fantastic salary. To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you, as an orderpicker, meet the following requirements:

• You have your own transportation to work in Poeldijk;
• You speak English or Dutch;
• You are available for at least four days a week;
• You are available to work from 4:00 PM to midnight;
• You are able to start within a week.

You'll arrive at the modern, brand-new warehouse. You'll go upstairs and change, then grab something to drink and/or eat in the canteen if needed. Then you'll clock in and start working as an orderpicker. You'll work with orders that you'll pick using voice picking. You'll do this in the dry dock (+-17 degrees Celsius), the cooling room (+-3 degrees Celsius), and the freezer (+-18 degrees Celsius). You'll take a break in the spacious and clean canteen. Your shift usually ends around midnight, but sometimes there's more work or a lot of sick leave, so it might run a little over. You'll be paid accordingly, of course.

• Orderpicking with voice picking;
• Working in refrigerated and freezer environments;
• Driving and operating a reachtruck.

Bidfood is a leading wholesaler in the foodservice industry. The company supplies fresh produce, among other products. Currently, Bidfood has 16 locations across the Netherlands and a team of 1,700 employees. They serve no fewer than 25,000 diverse customers in the Netherlands.

• Working in a new warehouse in Poeldijk;
• Regular surcharges: 50% extra from midnight to 4:00 AM, 25% from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM, 25% from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 50% from 10:00 PM to midnight. Saturdays between 50% and 100%, and Sundays from midnight to 10:00 PM: 100% extra.
• Surcharges for working in the cold: €0.55 gross per hour worked between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius. €1.26 gross per hour worked between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius.
