What are you going to do:

Are you looking for a part / full-time production position in Eindhoven where you know exactly what is expected of you? You will join a large technical organization that specializes in producing printed circuit boards and related technical products. The production process includes manufacturing cables and placing electronic components onto printed circuit boards. These products are used by major technology companies, including ASML.

You will work in an organized production environment where accuracy and quality are essential. Many of the activities follow a clear process and are performed on a regular basis. This makes the position a good fit if you enjoy structure, routine and knowing what your working day looks like.

Based on your experience, abilities and interests, you will be assigned to a suitable position within the production department. For example, you may work on precise assembly tasks where you place small components onto a printed circuit board. Another option is monitoring part of an automated production process and taking action when a machine reports a malfunction or interruption.

What will you do?

• Assemble electronic and technical components
• Place components onto printed circuit boards
• Check products for quality and possible defects
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Identify and report machine malfunctions
• Work according to established procedures and instructions
• Contribute to an efficient daily production process
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Who are you?

You are someone who performs well in an environment where tasks are clearly defined and processes are structured. Repeating certain activities does not bother you, and you are able to remain focused and productive for longer periods. You understand that even small details can make a difference when working with technical products.

Previous experience in production is a plus, but your attitude and reliability are most important. You show up on time, keep your agreements and consistently complete your work with care. Your skills and preferences will be taken into account when determining which position within the production process suits you best.
