As a Logistics Team Lead at GXO in Rijsbergen, you are a result-oriented coach who truly empowers people. Furthermore, for this role, it is important that:

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You have at least one year of experience in a leadership role
• You have your own transportation to Rijsbergen

Your day as a Logistics Team Lead starts with a good briefing: with a cup of coffee in hand, you discuss the goals of the day with your team. After that, you hit the floor to coach on quality and safety, while keeping a close eye on the KPIs. You are the main point of contact for other departments and ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed according to plan. Your goal?
