• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in logistics and warehousing.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating a team and overseeing various warehouse processes. Your typical day will involve:

• Coordinating daily operational activities within the department.
• Training and mentoring team members, both new and existing.
• Creating and updating work instructions to maintain efficient workflows.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality (KPIs and productivity).
• Proactively responding to disruptions and seeking opportunities to optimize department processes.
