Wat je gaat doen As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential. Your responsibilities include: - Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications; Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed; Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements; Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required; Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions; Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards; Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process; Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols. You can expect: - A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance; A full-time position in a two-shift schedule; Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30 Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00 Prospect of a permanent contract; 25 vacation days; 8% holiday allowance; €0.25 travel reimbursement per kilometre; A friendly and informal working atmosphere; Ongoing training and opportunities to develop your technical and manufacturing skills; The chance to work with advanced high-tech products and modern production technologies. Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself. To be successful in this role, you: - Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system; Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience; Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work; Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools; Have basic computer skills; Can read technical drawings (preferred); Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus); Speak English and/or Dutch; Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail; Have your own accommodation and transportation.
