• MBO+ level and proficient in English.
• Precise team player with a passion for lab logistics and quality.
• Leiden-based (day shifts), valid driver’s license, and EU residence card required.

As a Sample Logistics Associate Technician, you are the backbone of our lab. You provide the essential technical and physical support that keeps our science moving. Joining the Sample Management team, your daily tasks are:

• Receive, inspect, and distribute various samples (raw materials, water, final products).
• Coordinate external shipments and accurately log test results into eLIMS.
• Lead and coordinate stability studies to ensure long-term quality compliance.
• Deal with sample aliquoting, labeling, and preparation for lab testing.
• Manage sample reserves and storage to keep the inventory organized and up to date.
