• Diploma MTS of HTS op zak (en een flinke dosis technisch inzicht!) 🎓
• Ijzersterke kennis van opzakmachines en alle vulprocessen ⚙️📦
• Ervaring met het aansturen én enthousiasmeren van een team 👨‍🔧💪
• Lekker handig en vertrouwd met software en technische systemen 💻
• Proactief, gestructureerd én rustig, ook als de druk oploopt 🎯
