Wat je gaat doen Als Operator High Tech zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed verloopt. Je werkt met moderne spuitgietmachines en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van moderne spuitgietmachines;
• Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen;
• Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles, onder andere met een microscoop;
• Oplossen van kleine technische storingen;
• Aanvullen van grondstoffen;
• Registreren van productiegegevens;
• Werken volgens vaste procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen;
• Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek.

Je werkt in 3-ploegen en ontvangt hiervoor 30% ploegentoeslag over ieder gewerkt uur. Wat we je bieden

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining an advanced laser cutting machine. You will work primarily with stainless steel and ensure that components are produced accurately, efficiently and in accordance with the applicable quality standards. As a CNC Bending Operator, you are responsible for the complete bending process, from programming and setting up machines to inspecting the finished product. You work in a team and help ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

• Programming and setup: Program and set up CNC press brakes and 3D bending machines, both online and offline, and install the correct tools.
• Processing and quality: Read technical and assembly drawings, process bar and coil material, and check products for dimensions and quality.

As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for the entire production process at the CNC machine. You are able to work with at least three different CNC machines and work closely with the CNC Programmer and Manufacturing Engineer. You ensure that complex components are produced safely, efficiently and according to high quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Work preparation and machine setup: You read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, work orders and ISO programs. You set up the CNC machines and tools and ensure that materials and tools are correctly secured.

• CNC machining: You mill one-off parts, complex products and welded constructions using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines with Siemens control systems. You mainly work with stainless steel, but also with plastics, steel and other materials.

what will you do
As a Machine Operator in the Grids department, you play an important role. You make parts for X-Ray machines used in hospitals worldwide. Together with a team of about 14 colleagues, you operate and check the machines along the production line

• Load materials like lead strips and glue into the machines;
• Set up machines, start the process, and monitor the production;
• Measure finished grid parts with special measuring tools;
• Perform careful quality checks on all products;
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized.
