Wat je gaat doen

As a CNC Bending Operator, you are responsible for the complete bending process, from programming and setting up machines to inspecting the finished product. You work in a team and help ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Programming and setup: Program and set up CNC press brakes and 3D bending machines, both online and offline, and install the correct tools.
• Processing and quality: Read technical and assembly drawings, process bar and coil material, and check products for dimensions and quality.
• Production: Work approximately 50% on series production and 50% on one-off customised products. In the future, you can also develop your skills by working with a welding robot.
• Planning and organisation: Participate in work meetings and daily start-ups, monitor delivery and standard times, complete orders and carry out internal transport using a forklift or overhead crane.
• Maintenance and safety: Perform first-line maintenance and work according to applicable procedures and safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Teamwork and improvement: Work closely with colleagues, guide employees and trainees where needed, and discuss technical issues with the Production Manager and/or Manufacturing Engineer. You also contribute ideas to improve the production process and product manufacturability.

In short, this is a varied and technically challenging position where you can make a real difference! You will be working in a 2-shift system: Monday to Thursday: 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00 and Friday: 06:00–11:30 or 11:30–17:00.

  Functie-eisen For this position, we are looking for a technically skilled CNC Bending Operator who works accurately, has strong technical insight and takes responsibility for the quality of their own work.

• You have MBO level 3 or 4 or an equivalent level of education;

• You can read technical drawings and assembly drawings;

• You have knowledge of laser projection and forming and bending processes;

• You have experience with both online and offline machine programming;

• You have strong technical insight, good manual dexterity and spatial awareness;

• You work accurately, systematically and in an organised manner;

• You have a strong focus on quality, safety and productivity;

• You have a very good command of the English language (Dutch is a big plus);

• You work well with colleagues and are willing to share knowledge;

• You are willing to contribute ideas for improvements to the production process.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Bending Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete buigproces, van het programmeren en instellen van de machine tot het controleren van het eindproduct. Je werkt binnen een team en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige productie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Programmeren en instellen: je programmeert CNC-kantbanken en 3D-buigmachines on- en offline, maakt en optimaliseert programma's, stelt machines in en plaatst de juiste gereedschappen;
• Bewerken en controleren: je leest technische tekeningen en samenstellingstekeningen, bewerkt staf- en coilmateriaal en controleert onderdelen op aanwezigheid, maatvoering en kwaliteit. Op basis van metingen en waarnemingen keur je producten goed of af;
• Productie: je werkt ongeveer 50% aan seriematige productie en 50% aan enkelstuks maatwerkproductie;
• Ontwikkelmogelijkheden: bij interesse zijn er in de toekomst mogelijkheden om met een lasrobot te werken;
• Productie en organisatie: je neemt deel aan werkoverleggen en dagstarts, bewaakt levertijden en normtijden, maakt orders compleet en verzorgt het benodigde interne transport met bijvoorbeeld een heftruck of kraanbaan;
• Kwaliteit en onderhoud: je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het productieproces, controleert of de procescontroles aan de gestelde eisen voldoen en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit. Je werkt hierbij volgens de geldende procedures, instructies en veiligheids-, arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften;
• Samenwerking en begeleiding: je werkt samen met collega's binnen het autonome team en begeleidt waar nodig medewerkers en leerlingen. Bij technische vraagstukken of belemmeringen bespreek je de aanpak met de Manager Production en/of Manufacturing Engineer;
• Continu verbeteren: je denkt actief mee over de maakbaarheid en produceerbaarheid van producten en adviseert de Manufacturing Engineer over mogelijke verbeteringen in verschillende fases van het productieproces.

De werktijden zijn:

• Maandag t/m donderdag: 06:00 - 15:00 uur of 15:00 - 00:00 uur.

  Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch vaardige Bending Operator die nauwkeurig werkt, technisch inzicht heeft en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van het eigen werk.

• Je beschikt over mbo-niveau 3 of 4;

• Je kunt technische tekeningen en samenstellingstekeningen lezen;

• Je hebt kennis van relevante software;

• Je hebt kennis van laserprojectie en zet- en buigprocessen;

• Je hebt ervaring met het on- en offline programmeren van machines;

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en beschikt over goede handvaardigheid en ruimtelijk inzicht;

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, systematisch en ordelijk;

• Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit;

• Je kunt goed samenwerken en kennis delen met collega's;

• Je bent bereid om mee te denken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.

Your machine, your responsibility! As a CNC Brake Press Operator, you shape sheet metal every day. You make sure every part is perfect for the farming machines used by farmers all over the world. You work with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Do you have experience with press machines, knowledge of safety, or a background in metalworking? Then you are the person we are looking for!

• Operating manual and/or CNC bending machines to shape sheet metal.
• Checking the measurements and quality of the finished products.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools.
• Reporting any mistakes or technical issues to your supervisor.
