You lead a team of approximately five professionals. Beyond direct people leadership, the role is responsible for:

Voor een horeca locatie aan het water waar gasten lekker tot rust komen, zijn we op zoek naar een Restaurant Manager!

Dit restaurant is de plek voor een heerlijke lunch, uitgebreid diner of gewoon even genieten op het terras met een hapje en drankje. Het restaurant heeft een capaciteit tot 800 gasten tijdens de events, het reguliere restaurant geeft ruimte voor ongeveer 120 gasten. Het is een warme en informele organisatie die draait om beleving waar samenkomen centraal staat. Het combineert casual luxe waar gastvrijheid centraal staat.

Door de verdere groei en professionalisering van het restaurant ontstaat er ruimte voor een Restaurant Manager die het team naar een hoger niveau tilt. Als Restaurant Manager ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke voor de gastbeleving en het operationeel soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse organisatie. Je draait mee in de operatie en geeft het juiste voorbeeld.

Het betreft een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden tussen dinsdag en zondag. Openingstijden liggen tussen 10.00 en 22.00 uur, waarbij je zelf invloed hebt op je eigen rooster, als je maar aanwezig bent wanneer het echt nodig is.
