As a laboratory technician at the Microbiology department, you are responsible for performing microbiological analyzes. Various techniques are used for this, such as Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, Endotoxin determination (LAL), sterility test and identification of micro-organisms. All tests are performed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices / Good Laboratory Practices. In addition, you are responsible for checking test data and timely reporting of test results. You take care of accurate administration, so that retrieving data in the context of quality assurance is easy. In consultation, it is examined whether additional tasks or participation in projects is possible.

De QCD Labs groep richt zich op het ondersteunen van productie- en laboratoriumactiviteiten.

In deze rol voer je microbiologische testen uit, neem je monsters in de productieruimte en draag je bij aan kwaliteitsbewaking en verbeterprojecten.
De QCD Labs groep maakt deel uit van de afdeling Analytical Development binnen de sector Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development. In totaal bestaat de QCD Labs eenheid uit zes subteams (Release & Stability, Grondstoffen, Monsterbeheer, Celkweek, Microbiologie en Coördinatie). De groep is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en rapporteren van vrijgave- en stabiliteitstesten van virus- en antilichaamproducten van Janssen voor gebruik in klinische studies, evenals voor de analytische ondersteuning van pilot plant-activiteiten.
