• Hourly wage of €15.50 per hour, excluding bonuses!
• Including bonuses, a salary of €21.54 per hour
• 6 days on, 4 days off
• Weekly payments

As a production worker, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch, English, or German
• You are willing to work rotating shifts on varying days
• You are available for night shifts when needed
• You are physically able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• You have your own accommodation
• You have your own transportation to work in Beugen
• You are available for a longer period

As a production employee at Mola, you work on the production line in a steady rhythm. Your tasks include checking and replenishing products, such as blocks of butter (15-25 kg) or bags of sugar (25 kg). You ensure that the products stay in line properly and help keep the production area clean. If there is a malfunction, you take initiative and quickly look for a solution.
