As an Assisant Team Leader, you are the right hand of the Team Leader. You ensure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. You start your day with a meeting with your team and take care of the daily planning. Who should be where and what are today's goals? You'll schedule it and monitor the progress. You motivate your colleagues, coach them and make sure everyone enjoys their work. You also have conversations about their performance and their growth within the company. You have an important role in the success of the team, and you are proud of that!
