As an assembly worker, you possess the following qualities:

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• You can apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
• You are willing to perform a lot of standing work
• You have at least 1 year of experience in assembly
• You are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally
• You have your own transport to get to VDL Konings in Swalmen

As an Assembly Worker at VDL Konings in Swalmen, you start the day by preparing your workstation and materials. You work on an assembly line and perform various tasks. These tasks include gluing, mounting, aligning, screwing, testing, and boxing products. You work accurately and check the quality of your work. A typical day as an assembly worker looks like this:

• Assembling building sets at a workstation
• Working with tools such as a drill and a ruler
• The work is performed standing up
• Working independently with instructions in English
