This full-time role offers a stable position in a technically advanced production environment. As an Allround Packaging Operator, you are responsible for keeping the packaging process efficient, accurate and safe while working in a structured 3-shift schedule. You enjoy working in a modern production environment where English is the main language on the shop floor. Clear communication is essential for safety, quality and teamwork, so you are able to understand instructions and communicate confidently with colleagues and supervisors. You are reliable, hands-on and comfortable working in a 3-shift schedule.

• Good English level (spoken and understood daily)
• Experience in production or packaging
• Available for full-time 3-shift work

As an Allround Packaging Operator, you start your shift with a handover from the previous team and review the production planning for the day. You operate and monitor various packaging lines and automated systems, including robotic units and palletizers, ensuring that the packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently. During your shift, you perform regular quality checks, quickly identify deviations and make adjustments where necessary to maintain high product and safety standards.

You are responsible for registering production and quality data accurately in the system, supporting full traceability of the products. When minor technical issues occur, you act immediately to resolve them or escalate when needed. Throughout your shift, you work closely with your colleagues in a 3-shift operation, contributing to a safe, clean and well-organized production environment.

You will work in a clean, modern production facility in Rilland with advanced packaging lines and automated systems. The workplace is international, teamwork is key and English is the main language on the shop floor. There is a strong focus on safety, quality and long-term employment.
