As an operator in the Packaging department, you will be responsible in a three ore five-shift system for a smooth-running production line. You ensure quality, resolve minor technical faults, and collaborate in a team where craftsmanship is key.

• Salary up to €3500 excluding a allowance of 50%
• Fixed rotation in a 3 ore 5-shift system

We are looking for a technically proficient and motivated operator; You

• Have at least 1 year of experience as an operator in a production environment
• Have completed a technical education or can demonstrate relevant experience
• Are available for a three ore five-shift system
• Work accurately and take initiative

As the operator on the canning line at Grolsch, you are responsible for a significant part of the production process. Your daily duties include

• Operating and setting up filling and packaging machines
• Performing first-line maintenance and resolving minor faults/breakdowns
• Controlling quality and recording process data
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and safety on the work floor
• After a thorough training period, you will receive independent responsibility for your part of the process.
