As a delivery driver, your social skills come in very handy: you will be in touch with customers a lot! π Also, physical work is no problem for you, such as lifting crates up to fifteen kilos. πͺ Additionally, you meet the following requirements:
- You have a valid B driving license π
- You speak Dutch or English, or both
- You have transport to get to our location at Siegenstraat 7 in Zwolle ππ²
As a delivery driver, you will deliver groceries at customers' houses! ππ₯¦π§ Also, you complete the payments and take empty bottles with you. While driving around in your own van, you may encounter challenges. Like a building without an elevator or a hard-to-find house number. This makes your work varied and exciting! π€© Fortunately, youβll be well-prepared: you start your job with an extensive training guided by a buddy. This colleague will teach you exactly how to deliver groceries on time and neatly. πͺ Ready for more? You can grow internally to become a buddy or a team leader through internal training programs. π
As a delivery driver, you are the face of Albert Heijn! π The warehouse in Zwolle will be the location your shift starts and ends. In the canteen, you can enjoy a coffee and some fresh fruit. βπ And the best part? After 13 weeks of work, your salary increases to β¬18.54 per hour! This includes 25 vacation days, holiday pay, ADV allowance, and a year-end bonus. π Additionally, a team is always ready to support you.
