We are looking for a proactive and communicative team leader with a hands-on mentality. To be successful in this role, you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• At least 3 years of warehouse leadership experience
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment

As a Shift Leader / Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Leading team briefings and managing seamless shift transitions
• Monitoring capacity, tracking performance KPIs, and resolving bottlenecks
• Coaching team leads and floor coordinators to improve collaboration and efficiency
• Conducting team meetings, job interviews, and performance reviews
• Managing schedules, timekeeping, leave requests, and overall team performance
