You and your job

As part of the Legal Secretariat you make a contribution by supporting the Legal department MT members as well as general support to Legal colleagues. You will perform various organizational and administrative activities, such as calendar management, maintain the functional mailbox, organize and support with (TEAMS live) events, marketplace and IT shop orders. As the first point of contact for your colleagues, you’ll enjoy nice interactions throughout the day, which adds a personal touch to your workday.

• salaris tussen € 18,16 en € 25,92 per uur;

• Manage the agenda of the MT (Management Team) member you support, ensuring schedules are clear, realistic, and well-structured;
• Stay informed about general developments and activities, enabling you to anticipate needs and support strategic priorities;
• Serve as the first point of contact for your Legal colleagues, helping to coordinate requests and streamline communication;
• Always ask yourself where your added value lies. You actively seek out opportunities to support the team and make a difference;
• Be a connector within the team, sharing relevant information, promoting collaboration, and helping to create an organized and engaged work environment.
