We are searching for a skilled and experienced team leader. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Knowledge of hazardous substances and quality management systems (preferred)
• Possession of MHE certificates

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of 25-50 employees. You will play a key role in the success of the team. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing a team of 25-50 employees in inbound/outbound processes.
• Achieving daily KPIs and reporting to the Supervisor.
• Conducting performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching conversations.
• Handling light administrative tasks.
• Working rotating day shifts (6:30-15:30/7:30-16:30/11:00-20:00), with the late shift scheduled once every 3-4 weeks.
