You are a driven professional who likes to get things done, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for service. You are a logical thinker, a multitasker, and a fast learner, even under pressure. In addition, you have:

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar commercial position.
• MBO commercial background degree and thinking/working level.
• Excellent oral and written command of English.
• Good command of MS Office – Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems.
• Experience in order management and/or customer service is an added value.

As a Sales Assistant, you play a crucial role in customer contact and order processing. No day is the same; you support your colleagues and ensure a smooth flow of the entire process. Your activities include:

• Supporting customers’ inquiries as a main daily point of contact.
• Processing customer orders and following up on customer supply from purchase order until goods arrive on time at the customer’s door.
• Planning shipments according to inventory levels.
• Working closely with sales account managers, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Maintaining assigned account customers’ information up to date.
• Working continuously to maintain good communication with the internal organization.
