As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our client's European operations. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for driving impactful change. Here's what we're seeking:
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1 or 2 years experience in a related function
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in project management and budget control
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
In this role, you will lead the charge in streamlining the transformation portfolio across multiple markets in Europe. A typical day might involve:
- Leading cross-functional regional teams to streamline the transformation portfolio.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of the current portfolio, integrating consumer trends, financial performance, and market dynamics.
- Driving communication and alignment with local market teams to ensure project success.
- Supporting local Customer Strategy teams in developing compelling trade stories.
- Overseeing project budget allocation and ensuring effective budget management.
