To keep production running, it is important that you, as a starting operator, meet the following requirements:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You can work in Bergen op Zoom;
• You have your own transportation;
• You have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a production employee plus
• You are in possession of a VCA and forklift certificate;
• You can work in 5 shifts: 7 days work, 4 days off. (3-2-2 or 2-3-2 or 2-2-3);
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.

As a starting operator you will be involved in the production of plastic balls. The tasks you will do are to plan the lines correctly. But also the conversion and addition of the production line. You will also help resolve machine malfunctions. You can support the technical service when there is a major disruption. You also assemble boxes (160 cm high) and move pallets with a forklift truck.
