Who are you as a successful candidate for the Financial Specialist role:

• Relevant finance experience, preferably in project controlling, cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Reporting and presentation skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong coordination skills for managing communications between internal departments, customers, and financial institutions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or economics, preferably qualified accountant
• Proficient in English, Chinese Mandarin is a plus

As a Financial Specialist you will be:

• Perform project accounting, including budget consolidation, forecasting, and cost estimation
• Preform accounts receivable (AR) and factoring processes, responsible for managing sales financing
• Prepare account and project budgets, along with rolling forecasts
• Review contract clauses and terms, assist in negotiations with customers to minimize financial and tax risks, and lead cash flow solutions for the project
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Ensure quality control over the financial transactions and financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
