The trade show warehouse assistant is responsible for the operation of the Trade show/Marketing Warehouse. You are responsible for the logistic process to provide the supplies for the Trade show. Next to that you are responsible for the administrative tasks coming with the logistic process. Very diverse function where you can show your creativity! Apply if you're interested!

• A gross salary between € 2.400 and € 2.500

• Work in Amersfoort Vathorst

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch
• Good administrative skills
• Good level of accuracy and can show creativity in shipping process
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office), preferably basic command of Excel
• Preferred Working times from 9:00 – 17:30
• Car driving license optional
• Forklift license optional, willing to get certificate

For the marketing warehouse support you will:
- Arrange shipments of Marketing/Training equipment
- Maintain the literature stock and process literature requests
- Keep the Marketing Warehouse structured and organized

And for the trade show support you will:

• Set-up booth equipment for pre-testing in the Trade show warehouse
• Prepare and packing of trade show shipments
• (Un)Loading of trucks
• Create paperwork for trade show shipments
• Check trade show equipment when it comes back
• Maintains the trade show stocks as needed
• Place orders for sales manager demo stock
