Omschrijving
Als Operator Support in Waalwijk zorg jij ervoor dat de productie van specialty resins voor coatings en lijmen 24/7 kan blijven draaien. Je combineert techniek, logistiek en veiligheid in één veelzijdige functie binnen een 5-ploegendienst van 33,6 uur per week. Je bewaakt belangrijke utilities, zorgt dat grondstoffen op tijd bij de productie komen en verzorgt het verpakken, opslaan en registreren van gereed product. Samen met je collega’s houd je de twee plants veilig, netjes en operationeel. Jouw werk heeft daarmee direct invloed op de continuïteit van het productieproces. Verantwoordelijkheden
• Bewaken van utilities zoals stoomvoorziening, compressoren, warmtekasten, koelwaterinstallatie, afvalwaterzuivering en afgasinstallatie
• Picken, packen en intern transporteren van grondstoffen met de heftruck
• Reinigen, instellen en bedienen van de verpakkingslijn en afzaklijn
• Starten en stoppen van procesinstallaties tijdens normaal bedrijf
• Transporteren, opslaan en digitaal registreren van verpakt gereed product
• Correct behandelen en afvoeren van gevaarlijk en niet-gevaarlijk afval
• Assisteren bij veiligstellingen volgens LOTOTO en TRA en actief melden van HSEQ-observaties en incidenten
• Assisteren bij het lossen van bulkgrondstoffen en waar nodig afwegen van materialen

As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards.Your responsibilities include: - Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.

• Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.
