Als manager stuur je het flexteam aan en werk je nauw samen met collega’s op onze aaff-kantoren in Aalsmeer, Nijkerk, Nijmegen, Dordrecht, Zwolle, Roosendaal of Tilburg. /ph3Wat ga je doen als manager flexteam Audit in Naaldwijk? /h3pSommige collega’s kiezen voor vaste klanten en voorspelbaarheid. Je geeft direct leiding aan 6-8 managers en teamleiders en indirect aan zo’n 70-80 professionals binnen meerdere vestigingen. Ook werk je nauw samen met collega’s van disciplines als Agro Bedrijfsadvies, Tax Legal, Salaris Personeel en Sales New Business. Je rapporteert aan de regiodirecteur en bent vanuit je rol een strategisch en tactisch sparringpartner. /ph3Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden: /h3ullipSalaris: tussen € 6.845 en € 11.409 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband. /p /lilipKeuzevrijheid in verlof: jij bepaalt hoeveel vrije dagen je opneemt, tot 38 per jaar.
