Als Maintenance Engineer Static beheer en optimaliseer jij statische equipment in een industriële productieomgeving. In deze uitdagende rol waarborg jij de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en prestaties van installaties binnen de complexe (petro)chemische sector.

Wat ga je doen:
Jij zorgt voor het beheer en de verbetering van onze statische installaties met de volgende taken: - Beheren en optimaliseren van statische installaties zoals drukvaten, leidingen en warmtewisselaars

Als Sales Engineer / CBM Consultant ben jij de technische adviseur voor industriële klanten in Nederland. Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats bepalen we samen welke regio het beste bij je past.

Je:

• adviseert klanten over onze innovatieve Condition Monitoring- en Proces Optimization-oplossingen en begeleidt de implementatie van onze software, meetapparatuur en sensoren.
• bouwt langdurige relaties op met maintenance- en reliability-afdelingen;
• analyseert onderhoudsvraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen;
• verzorgt softwaredemonstraties en technische presentaties;
• bezoekt beurzen, seminars en conferenties;
• signaleert nieuwe kansen bij bestaande klanten.

Je bent veel onderweg, maar bepaalt grotendeels zelf hoe je jouw agenda indeelt.

Over de functie

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

• Hold an EASA AML B1.3 (civil) and/or you have extensive NH90 experience
• Able to perform base maintenance checks

As a Field Service Engineer, you install, commission, service, and troubleshoot our systems at customers' sites, primarily across Europe and occasionally in the USA or Asia. You are the first point of contact for technical support and advice and, where applicable, carry out preventive maintenance under service agreements. Since much of the first-line maintenance is performed by our customers’ own technical teams, you also play an important role in training their service engineers and operators. By accurately documenting system issues and solutions, advising customers on spare parts management, and sharing technical knowledge, you help maximize system uptime and performance. You will also regularly meet with customers to discuss technical progress, service activities, and follow-up actions. When you are not travelling or working at a customer site, you will be based at our headquarters in Nijmegen. • Work experience in equipment engineering, servicing, or the semiconductor industry is desirable, but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of English. Knowledge of German and/or Dutch is a plus.
• A valid driving licence.

• commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and test new and existing installations in line with operational specs.
• process optimization: Propose technical improvements to maximize machinery reliability.
• reporting & documentation: Accurately log maintenance activities and maintain strict quality control over parts.

Als Technician Maintenance MTD ben jij de onmisbare schakel die onze fabrieken draaiende en veilig houdt. Je krijgt niet alleen een sleutelrol in het oplossen van mechanische storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoud, maar je volgt ook een intern opleidingstraject om door te groeien tot senior monteur. Samen met een hecht en gedreven team werk je aan de nieuwste technieken, leid je verbetertrajecten en zorg je voor een veilige, optimale werkomgeving.

• Jij hebt een MBO niveau 4 diploma op zak (bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde) of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
• Jij hebt 2 tot 4 jaar werkervaring binnen de maintenance of technische dienst in een soortgelijke productie-omgeving.
• Jij bent zorgvuldig en in staat om zelfstandig taken uit te voeren én flexibel in te spelen op veranderingen in het proces of de organisatie.

wat ga je doen
Als Technician Maintenance MTD hou je je bezig met het onderhoud van de installaties in de fabrieken, waarbij de veiligheid van jezelf, je collega's, de processen en de omgeving altijd vooropstaat. Je wordt intern opgeleid tot senior monteur, zodat je alle in en outs van de fabriek leert kennen.

• Oplossen en uitvoeren van onderhoud: Jij lost mechanische storingen aan de installaties op, voert preventieve en correctieve taken uit en begeleid en voer je reparaties en optimalisaties uit.
• Administratie en afstemming: Jij geeft de terugkoppeling van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in SAP en biedt support en advies aan de planning en werkvoorbereiding.
• Verbeteren en projecten: Jij doet verbeteringsvoorstellen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kosten, en begeleidt projecten en werkzaamheden die door derden worden uitgevoerd.
• Documentatie en engineering: Jij beheert en verzorgt deels de technische documentatie, schrijft en beheert procedures en instructies, en ondersteunt bij engineering werkzaamheden.
