Who you are
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you feel right at home with administrative work. You are service-minded and have a commercial mindset. On top of that, you are a great communicator who seamlessly connects international customers with your internal colleagues! Furthermore, you easily check off the following points:

• Proven administrative experience;
• Experience with SAP (4Hana or ECC);
• Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and/or English;
• Available full-time.

What will you do
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, no two days are the same. You start your day with a cup of coffee and a quick chat with your colleagues. Next, you jump right into processing orders and following up on quotes. You assist customers with questions about delivery status, return requests, and pricing. You are in constant touch with both customers and various departments. Then it’s time for a break to stretch your legs with a walk outside 🚶‍♂️. After the break, you update the administration and make sure everything runs like clockwork. Time flies when you're having fun!

Wie ben jij
Als Spare Parts Coordinator voel je je thuis binnen de administratie. Je bent servicegericht en hebt een commerciële instelling. Daarnaast communiceer je gemakkelijk en schakel je zonder problemen tussen internationale klanten en je interne collega's! Verder vink je met gemak de volgende punten af:

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen de administratie;
• Je hebt ervaring met SAP (4Hana of ECC);
• Je spreekt en schrijft de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal vloeiend;
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.

Wat ga je doen
Als Spare Parts Coordinator is geen dag hetzelfde. Je begint met een kop koffie en een praatje met je collega's. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met het verwerken van bestellingen en volg je offertes op. Je helpt klanten met vragen over bijvoorbeeld de leverstatus, retouraanvragen en prijzen. Je staat voortdurend in contact met klanten en verschillende afdelingen. Dan is het pauze en ga je even een rondje wandelen in de buitenlucht 🚶‍♂️. Na de pauze werk je de administratie bij en zorg je dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Zo vliegt de dag voorbij!
