Make it possible

As Senior Lean Proces Engineer, you will:

• Lead improvement projects across our entire value chain, collaborating closely with other departments and experienced colleagues.
• Improve material and logistics flows, design efficient processes, and support the creation of optimized workplaces.
• Introduce and embed Industrial Best Practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company of FLC.
• Support and train project teams in Industrial methods, Lean tools, and standards.
• Establish and monitor performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Challenge the status quo by reviewing existing processes and KPIs to identify and resolve constraints and inefficiencies.
• Facilitate workshops to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Your team

You’ll join FLC, responsible for designing and constructing the world’s longest immersed tunnel between Denmark and Germany. Our team is building not only the tunnel but also the facilities for prefabrication and accommodation, creating a unique “Tunnel village” for our workforce.

• A competitive salary range from €6.000 to €8,000 monthly, based on your experience.

This is you

• Degree in civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering, business management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Lean Proces Engineering within construction or manufacturing.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset for optimizing construction processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
• Proven track record in implementing Industrial Methods, preferably in Takt Production.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to influence at all levels.
• Analytical, eager to learn, and a true team player.

Hoe zorg jij ervoor dat een hightech productieomgeving elke dag blijft draaien zonder verstoringen?

Bij CoreDux werk je in een omgeving waar extreem precieze RVS- en hightech slangsystemen worden geproduceerd voor de halfgeleider-, aerospace- en hightech industrie. Als Shiftleider Productie ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de productie soepel loopt, mensen goed samenwerken en de planning wordt gehaald.

CoreDux ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige RVS slangsystemen die worden toegepast in de meest veeleisende industrieën, zoals semiconductor, aerospace en hightech equipment. Over de functie

Als Shiftleider Productie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team binnen een moderne productieomgeving in 2-ploegendienst. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer en zorgt dat de operatie goed blijft draaien.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Aansturen en begeleiden van operators tijdens jouw shift
• Bewaken van de productieplanning, kwaliteit en veiligheid
• Oplossen van operationele verstoringen samen met techniek en engineering
• Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen
• Signaleren van verbeterpunten in het proces en deze bespreken met de Productie Manager
• Ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling op de werkvloer
• Je werkt nauw samen met andere shiftleaders, de Productie Manager, Technische Dienst en Quality. Het team op de vloer is groot en divers, waarbij samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie belangrijk zijn.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en overzicht houdt op de werkvloer.

• MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving (mag ook als operator of meewerkend voorman)
• Je vindt het leuk om collega's aan te sturen en te begeleiden
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Ervaring met Lean, 5S of continu verbeteren
• Ervaring in high mix / hightech productie
• Eerdere leidinggevende ervaring in een ploegendienst
• Ook als je nog geen formele leidinggevende functie hebt gehad, maar wel klaar bent voor die stap, is dit een rol waar je in kunt doorgroeien.
