What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. You will monitor operations, identify deviations and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve production targets. Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en verzorgt continu productieprocessen voor industriële toepassingen. In Rotterdam wordt gewerkt met grote aandacht voor veiligheid, onderhoud en procesoptimalisatie zodat productie continu en betrouwbaar blijft draaien. De organisatie beheert complexe installaties en hanteert strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen om risico's te minimaliseren en de kwaliteit van output te waarborgen. Medewerkers krijgen toegang tot interne trainingen om vertrouwd te raken met apparatuur, procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften, en er is ruimte voor het ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden en doorgroei binnen operationele functies. In Rotterdam zijn er gestructureerde werkmethoden en duidelijke roosters, waaronder 2-ploegendienst en 5-ploegendienst, met compensatie voor onregelmatige werktijden. De rol van Proces Operator is essentieel voor het waarborgen van productie en kwaliteit en omvat dagelijkse controles, kleine interventies en nauwe samenwerking met techniek en onderhoud zodat processen veilig en efficiënt blijven draaien. De organisatie biedt concurrerende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden en stimuleert continue ontwikkeling van medewerkers door opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen technische en operationele rollen. Salarisindicatie voor deze rol is €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand, inclusief secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een 13 e en 14 e maand en een pensioenregeling. • Als Proces Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van procesinstallaties en het uitvoeren van controles rond de installatie;
• Je als Proces Operator voert voorbereidende handelingen uit en ondersteunt bij aanpassingen in de fabriek;
• Je begeleidt en ondersteunt de onderhoudsafdeling tijdens werkzaamheden en waakt daarbij over veilige uitvoering;
• Je maakt controle- en inspectierondes en rapporteert afwijkingen direct;
• Je werkt zelfstandig en als onderdeel van een team om continue productie en kwaliteit te waarborgen;
• Je werkt in een continue en semi-continu productieomgeving met meerdere lijnen en bent betrokken bij de productiedraaiboeken;
• Je stelt procesparameters in op het bedienpaneel en voert eerste lijn foutanalyse uit, en schakelt bij grotere storingen de technische dienst of de shiftleader in;
• Je houdt toezicht op geautomatiseerde installaties met PLC/DCS en SCADA en bedient reactoren, mixers, pompen, transportbanden en drooginstallaties;
• Je neemt monsters, voert visuele controles uit en registreert metingen zoals temperatuur en druk en draagt bij aan laboratoriumanalyses voor kwaliteitsborging;
• Je rapporteert veiligheidsincidenten, neemt deel aan toolboxmeetings en zorgt voor naleving van lockout-tagout en andere veiligheidsprocedures;

Functie-eisen:

• MBO Process Techniek niveau 4 of MBO Operationele Techniek niveau 4 of afgeronde Vapro C theorie- en praktijkopleiding;
• Ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is een pre;
• Bereidheid om in 2- of 5-ploegendienst te werken en om onregelmatige diensten te draaien;
• Kennis van veiligheidsprocedures en bereidheid om veiligheidsregels strikt te volgen;
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren in teamverband;
• Bereidheid om een intern trainingstraject te volgen en nieuwe vaardigheden te leren;

✅ Wat breng jij mee?

• Je hebt twee rechterhanden en technisch inzicht.
• Je bent bereid om in 2-ploegen te werken.
• Ervaring met TIG lassen is een pré, geen must.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.
• Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig je taken oppakken.
