• Minimum of 1 professional reference is required
• Driving license B is mandatory

Over de vacature

Als CNC kanter/verspaner werk je aan RVS plaatwerk en machineonderdelen voor hoogwaardige systemen. Je stelt en bedient CNC-kantbanken en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Je werkt in dagdienst, 40 uur per week in Barneveld .

Dit ga je doen:

• RVS plaatwerk bewerken met de juiste buigvolgorde;
• CNC-kantbanken instellen en programmeren, op de machine of via offline programmatie;
• 2D/3D-tekeningen oproepen via een externe computer en vraagstukken zelfstandig oplossen;
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en benodigde materialen controleren;
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en orders compleet verzendklaar maken;
• Bij grotere onderdelen samenwerken met collega’s.

Het bedrijf in Barneveld maakt al jaren oplossingen voor het sorteren, verpakken en verwerken van eieren. Alles van ontwerp tot service gebeurt hier onder één dak en de machines gaan de hele wereld over.

Wie zoeken wij:

• Je hebt een mbo-opleiding richting plaatwerker of metaalbewerker;
• Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
• Je bent goed in staat technische tekeningen te lezen;
• Je kunt zelfstandig een kantbank instellen en bedienen;
• Je hebt affiniteit met techniek;
• Je hebt een heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid om dit te behalen;

Het is belangrijk dat je als CNC-kanter aan de volgende eisen voldoet:

• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met CNC-kantbanken.
• Je kan werken vanaf een technische tekening.
• Je bent fulltime beschikbaar.
• Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegendienst te werken (06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00).
• Je woont in de regio Geldrop

wat ga je doen
Jouw machine, jouw taak! Als (CNC) Kanter ben je dagelijks bezig met het vormen van plaatmateriaal. Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met persmachines en kennis van persveiligheid. Daarnaast is een opleiding in de metaalbewerking (of vergelijkbaar) erg handig. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect past in de landbouwmachines die boeren over de hele wereld gebruiken. Dit doe je niet alleen met je technische skills, maar ook met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit.

• Bedienen van handmatige en/of CNC kantbanken voor het zetten van plaatmateriaal.
• Controle op maatvoering en kwaliteit van de eindproducten.
• Lezen en correct interpreteren van de bijbehorende technische tekeningen.
• Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud aan machines en gereedschappen.
• Signaleren en melden van eventuele afwijkingen aan de leidinggevende.
