As a Machine Operator you make sure machines are set up correctly and metal components are produced according to the required specifications. You will join Aalberts in Hilversum or, working alongside experienced colleagues in a modern production environment. Functie

• Instellen en bedienen van productiemachines
• Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en maatvoering
• Signaleren en samen met collega's oplossen van kleine storingen
• Uitvoeren van eenvoudig onderhoud aan machines
• Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Functie-eisen

• Interesse in techniek en gemotiveerd om met machines te leren werken
• Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
• Eigen vervoer naar Hilversum of Zeewolde
• Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken

• Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €3.700 inclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring

Wat je gaat doen

As a Junior Production Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality metal components used by customers around the world. Working together with an experienced team, you'll ensure every product meets Aalberts' high quality standards.Your responsibilities include: - Assembling products and components using technical drawings and work instructions.

• Connecting electrical components and testing products with measuring equipment such as calipers and multimeters.
• Performing quality inspections and reporting any deviations.
• Registering production data, material usage and rejected parts in the ERP system.
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient and organised production process.
