You will set up and operate large CNC milling machines for machine frames and vacuum chambers in a high-tech production environment. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. This is a hands-on technical position where you will machine large to ultra-large workpieces, such as machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Are you an experienced CNC miller who enjoys working with heavy machining and tight tolerances? Then this position is a great fit for you. What will you do? - Set up and operate large CNC milling machines - Machine large to ultra-large workpieces such as machine frames and vacuum chambers - Clamp and align large, heavy workpieces using the crane - Work from technical drawings and CNC programs - Measure and check parts to tight tolerances - Carry out tool changes and program corrections at the machine

The company is part of a large international technology group and is located in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle.

Wat wij vragen - Several years of experience as a CNC miller, preferably with large workpieces / heavy machining

- Able to read technical drawings and measure independently

- Precise and quality-focused; used to tight tolerances and high-value single pieces

- English (Dutch is a plus)

- EU passport or valid NL work permit

- Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system

• Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fixture plans
• Select, replace and maintain cutting tools
• Work with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Produce small batches with a high level of accuracy
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the machining department

Functie-eisen - MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level

• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens
• Able to read technical drawings and fixture plans
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a 3 to 5-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and able to work independently

Aanbod - A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €5,400, depending on your experience

• Minimum 28% shift allowance, with the potential for higher shift premiums depending on the shift schedule
• The opportunity to secure a permanent contract after an initial secondment period
