Een BAMBOO-trainer bij Gezondheidszorg Asielzoekers (GZA) geeft speciale veerkracht- en mentaal gezondheidstrainingen aan asielzoekers op COA-opvanglocaties in Nederland. Je werkt in een multiculturele omgeving en helpt deelnemers hun veerkracht te versterken en beter om te gaan met psychische klachten. Waar ga ik werken?

Gezondheidszorg Asielzoekers zorgt voor goede zorg voor alle asielzoekers. Op bijna elke opvanglocatie van het COA biedt GZA huisartsenzorg aan asielzoekers. Wat je gaat doen

Tijdens vijf groepsbijeenkomsten, die jij als BAMBOO -trainer verzorgt, leren deelnemers hun persoonlijke kwaliteiten herkennen en inzetten om beter om te gaan met uitdagingen en psychische klachten. Ook krijgen zij informatie over de mogelijkheden voor aanvullende zorg wanneer dat nodig is. Wat is jouw rol hierin?

• Je verzorgt BAMBOO-trainingen voor volwassenen en eventueel voor jongeren of kinderen.
• Je organiseert en plant trainingen. Ook werf je deelnemers en registreer je hun aanwezigheid en administratieve gegevens.
• Je begeleidt groepen in een veilige en respectvolle setting met ondersteuning van een live-tolk.
• Je werkt samen met COA, GZA, tolken en andere BAMBOO-trainers;
• Je signaleert mogelijke psychische problematiek en stem je indien nodig af met het lokale GZA-team.

Waar je gaat werken

GZA, onderdeel van Arts en Zorg Groep, biedt huisartsenzorg op alle COA-opvanglocaties in Nederland. Als BAMBOO-trainer werk je in jouw regio op één of meerdere locaties. Het gaat hier om de regio Noord-Limburg met de locaties Oostrum, Maasbree en Baexem. De in- en uitstroom van asielzoekers bepaalt waar je het meest nodig bent, waardoor je werk dynamisch en afwisselend is. Sommige locaties zijn maar enkele maanden open, dus flexibiliteit is belangrijk. Samen kijken we naar een inzet die past bij jouw beschikbaarheid én de behoefte in de regio.

BAMBOO -trainers maken deel uit van een landelijk netwerk die zich inzet voor het welzijn van bewoners van asielzoekerscentra.

Wie jij bent

• Je bent in het bezit van een Hbo-diploma in de (ggz-)zorg, maatschappelijk werk of het sociaal domein en je hebt affiniteit met de zorg voor asielzoekers.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het geven van trainingen of groepsbegeleiding.
• Je hebt basiskennis van psychische klachten en kunt signalen herkennen.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op minimaal C1-niveau.
• Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief sterk en cultuursensitief. Ook weet je een veilige groepsdynamiek te creëren.

Wat wij je bieden

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3909,- en € 5127,- op basis van een 38-urige werkweek in schaal 7 conform cao Huisartsenzorg. In mei 2027 stijgen de lonen met 3%.
• Een tijdelijk contract voor 4 tot 16 uur per week, met de intentie om langdurig met elkaar samen te werken.
• Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% én 8% vakantiegeld.
• Reiskostenvergoeding van 25 cent per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van OV-kosten.
• 25 verlofdagen en 25 uur PLB (Persoonlijk Levensfase Budget) op basis van een 38-urige werkweek.
• Uitstekende pensioenregeling waarbij Arts en Zorg Groep 50% van de premie dekt.
