Wat ga je doen?
Op deze Snij- en Inpakafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat ons brood, dagvers gebakken, op tijd wordt geleverd aan de supermarkten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van de geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijn, houdt toezicht op het productieproces en grijpt in waar nodig. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een soepel verlopend proces. Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Je begint je werkdag met een korte overdracht van de vorige ploeg. Daarna stel je de snij- en inpakmachines in en controleer je of alle verpakkingsmaterialen klaarstaan. Gedurende de dag monitor je de machines, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit, en los je kleine verstoringen op. Bij grotere problemen werk je samen met de teamleider om tot een oplossing te komen. Tussendoor houd je je werkplek schoon en noteer je controles op de lijsten. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een 3-ploegendienst:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 15:00 – 23:00
• 23:00 – 07:00

Let op: Onze opdrachtgever is opzoek naar een kandidaat die na verloop van tijd een direct contract krijgt. Werkzaamheden:

• Instellen van moderne machines en robots: Je zorgt ervoor dat de geautomatiseerde snij- en verpakkingslijnen nauwkeurig worden ingesteld en klaargemaakt voor de productie.
• Toezicht houden op het proces: Je houdt continu het verloop van de snij- en inpakmachines in de gaten, grijpt in wanneer nodig, en zorgt ervoor dat de machines efficiënt blijven draaien.
• Ombouwen van machines: Bij het wisselen naar een ander type brood of verpakking pas je de machines aan, zodat de juiste specificaties worden gevolgd.
• Beheren van verpakkingsmaterialen: Je controleert of de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen beschikbaar zijn en vult ze aan wanneer dat nodig is.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles: Tijdens en na het productieproces voer je nauwkeurige controles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
• Administratieve taken: Je houdt controlelijsten bij en registreert productiegegevens, zodat we altijd inzicht hebben in het proces en de prestaties.
• Waarborgen van veiligheid: Je werkt volgens de richtlijnen op het gebied van veiligheid en hygiëne en houdt hierbij ook je collega’s scherp.
• Schoonhouden van de werkplek: Aan het einde van de dag zorg je ervoor dat de werkplek netjes en schoon wordt achtergelaten, zodat de volgende ploeg direct aan de slag kan.
• Oplossen van storingen: Kleine storingen los je zelfstandig op. Voor complexere problemen werk je samen met de teamleider en technische dienst.

Wij zoeken:

• Ervaring als operator is een pré, maar geen must.
• Een opleiding is fijn, maar wij waarderen vooral een goede werkhouding.
• Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.
• Je spreekt Nederlands.
• Je hebt eigen vervoer.
• Je wilt voor een langere periode bij dit bedrijf werken

Het beheersen van de Nederlandse taal is vereist voor deze functie. Wij bieden:

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.100 en €3.400 bij een werkweek van 35 uur (inclusief toeslagen).

Over de vacature

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Economist to strengthen our macroeconomics team in Amsterdam, with a particular focus on households. In this role, you will help develop data-driven insights on consumer spending, household income, savings, confidence and broader economic developments. Working with unique proprietary data, you will contribute to distinctive economic analysis and research that informs clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to shape research projects from idea to publication while collaborating with experts across the team.

In this role you will:

• Develop clear, data-driven insights on consumer spending, household income, savings, confidence and broader macroeconomic developments.
• Analyse unique proprietary data and translate those insights into distinctive economic analysis.
• Write economic research independently.
• Manage and coordinate research processes.
• Translate economic developments into relevant insights for clients, colleagues and other senior stakeholders.
• Create presentations on economic themes for both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
• Lead research processes from asking the right question through to sharing and presenting the output.
• Coordinate with colleagues on both content and process to ensure analysis is relevant, clear, accurate and delivered on time.

• Experience in economic research or a related analytical field.
• An MSc in Economics or a comparable discipline.

• Experience working with large datasets and applying data responsibly.

Your work schedule alternates weekly between a morning shift (06:00 - 15:30) and an afternoon shift (14:30 - 23:00). Private transport is required due to limited public transport access.

Responsibilities

• Offloading freight and registering items in the inventory system
• Transporting pallets across warehouse zones
• Preparing outgoing customer orders for logistics transport
• Applying labels and scanning items for accuracy
• Utilizing material handling equipment like forklifts
• Maintaining clean work area standards
• Communicating with team members to hit deadlines
• Complying with safety regulations and standard procedures

Requirements

• Relevant background or interest in logistics operations
• Motivation to operate or get certified on a forklift
• Flexibility to work in a 2-shift rotation
