Wil jij jezelf ontwikkelen tot een vakkundige Machine Operator en werken in een moderne productieomgeving? Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Machine Operator. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om het vak in de praktijk te leren en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen.Je werkt met moderne, geautomatiseerde productielijnen en leert hoe je machines instelt, bedient en controleert. Functieomschrijving:
Wat ga je doen?Als Junior Machine Operator leer je alles over het bedienen en controleren van de productielijnen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's ontwikkel je jezelf steeds verder.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen en controleren van moderne productiemachines.
• Instellen en bijstellen van machines volgens de juiste werkinstructies.
• Controleren van het productieproces en de kwaliteit van de producten.
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en kleine storingen.
• Meedenken over oplossingen wanneer het proces niet optimaal verloopt.
• Registreren van productiegegevens.
• Schoon en veilig houden van de werkplek.
• Samenwerken met collega's en de technische dienst.

Je start met een goede begeleiding en krijgt de ruimte om steeds zelfstandiger te worden in jouw functie. Functievereisten:
Wat breng je mee?Voor deze functie hoef je nog geen ervaren operator te zijn. Motivatie en de wil om te leren vinden wij belangrijker.Wij vragen:

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek of productie.

• Technisch inzicht of interesse in machines en productietechniek.

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

• Je bent leergierig en staat open voor begeleiding en opleidingen.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.

• Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt graag in oplossingen.

• Je bent bereid om in tweeploegendienst te werken.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

• Je bent een echte teamspeler met een positieve instelling.
