Your tasks include sorting and processing crates and packages, processing deposit bottles and crates, placing products in the right location, and helping each other so everything is ready on time. The work is physically active, and the warehouse temperature is around 14°C. You will work 36 hours per week in a 2-shift system: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and afternoon/evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00. Flexibility is important, as your shift can be extended by up to 2 hours. Working on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is part of the job.

For our client in Aalsmeer, we're looking for Order Pickers / Logistics Employees. Together with your team, you make sure millions of flowers and plants reach the right customers on time, every day.

As an Order Picker, you collect and process orders quickly and accurately, and make sure every trolley ends up at the right destination.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Picking and processing flower and plant orders
• Moving flower and plant trolleys through the auction warehouse
• Sorting and distributing products to the correct locations
• Checking orders for quality and quantity
• Keeping your work area clean and safe
• Working with your colleagues to hit the daily logistics targets

You'll drive an electric tug or order picking vehicle. No experience? No problem: you get full training before you start.

Working hours: your shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends at 12:00, with occasional overtime until 13:00.
